Thanks to all who came, provided produce and supported us at the Talgarth Festival on Saturday 27 August, and especially to Yvonne who was in charge of organising the stall this year.

Here is the programme of events for the rest of 2011:

7.30pm Wed 28 Sept – Club Night – Harp Inn
First meeting of the season. A chance to catch up with other members over a meal and discuss the year ahead. (Please book at The Harp if you would like a meal – or contact Lucy.)

7.30pm Wed 26 Oct – Closing down the Garden – Harp Inn
Talk and discussion led by Elaine Curtis about how to prepare the garden for the winter, and how to minimise losses if this winter turns out to be as harsh as the one we experienced last year.

7.30pm Wed 30 Nov – Successes and Failures – Harp Inn
Discuss the best and worst of the past gardening year, share tips and warnings. Do bring photographs to show. The good, the bad and the ugly – all are welcome!

See you all on the 28th September.
